Simple Resolutions for a Happy, Healthy Year

As we enter the New Year, I've been thinking a lot about my resolutions. And one of my big goals is to eat better. Nothing fancy or complicated—just some simple changes to make meals more enjoyable and good for me. This year, my resolutions aren't about drastic changes or strict diets – they're about embracing simple tweaks that will make a big impact on my overall health and well-being, and yours too!


  1. More Protein for Breakfast

If I don’t prioritise having a well-rounded breakfast, I find myself reaching for snacks constantly throughout the day. 2. Appreciating Meal Times
